Test procedures / test methods
We ensure consistent and high quality of the products we produce with suitable procedures and methods. Amongst others:
- Production process and product approval (PPF) – in compliance with VDA Volume 2
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) – in compliance with QA 9000
- Statistical process evaluation
- Process capability and test equipment capability analysis
- Manufacturer’s certificate in compliance with DIN EN ISO 10204
- Continuous improvement process (CIP)
Naturally we make sure that all “standard” product tests are carried out properly, from goods received and production up to delivery.
